Your ultrasound measurements and monitoring report are sent directly to your fertility clinic according to the instructions provided by your treatment team. We can coordinate with fertility clinics throughout the U.S. and internationally.
Do you accept insurance?
IVF Monitoring LV is a self-pay service and does not bill insurance directly. Upon request, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan and benefits.
